Shipping:

I ship USPS Priority mail within the United States or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of the package. Prices are based on size of the package and weight. All packages are insured. 

International orders are shipped USPS International First Class or Priority depending on weight. Buyer is responsible for import fees, duty and taxes for your country.  

Packaging:

I package each piece securely using recyclable, natural materials. Plastic free. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving an order during the week. Orders received on a Friday are shipping the following Monday.

Damage & Returns:

If by chance you receive a damaged item due to shipping (this has never happened since 2006 as wood is rather sturdy, but hey, you never know) please contact me with a photo of the package and damage to the item so I can submit a claim and give you a refund for the item + shipping. Other returns are solely up to my discretion.

Early Sales:

All pieces are released at the same time, as part of a collection of work on a specific date. I announce the date and time in advance to newsletter subscribers. I can not reserve individual pieces before this date as that would not be fair to those who are waiting for the collection to release.

Commissions:

I am not currently taking on any commission work. When I become available for commissioned work again, I will announce it to my newsletter subscribers.
